Introduction

The University Library has four photocopiers, all located on the 3rd floor in the Law, Cultural Studies, and Economics sections.

Functions

The devices in the reading room offer the following functions:

  • Photocopying
  • Scanning to print server
  • Scanning to a USB stick
  • Printing from a PC (follow-me-print, Q-pilot)
  • Printing from a USB stick

All functions are subject to a charge.

Please note: Only PDF files can be printed from a USB stick.

Scan and print with a USB stick

These instructions provide step-by-step guidance on how to scan documents to a USB stick and print from a USB stick using the Kyocera device. Both functions are subject to a charge. (Instructions in German)

Copying and Scanning Costs

  • €0.05 per standard copy (A4, black & white)
  • €0.10 per double-sided copy (A4, black & white)
  • €0.10 per A3 copy (black & white)
  • €0.10 per colour copy (A4, single-sided)
  • €0.20 per double-sided colour copy (A4)
  • €0.15 per A3 colour copy
  • €0.015 per scan
