Conference languages

The conference languages are Polish, German and English. Only the plenary sessions (opening of the conference, key note and the evening program on 15. Noveber) will be simultaneously translated (German-Polish). The presentations will be given in the section language (noted in the program).


Publication

A monograph will be published after the conference in the series "Interdisciplinary Polish Studies" (Harrassowitz Verlag). At the same time, the volume will be available on the OPUS server of the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (O.) in open access.

All authors are asked to confirm their intention to submit a contribution by 1.12.2023 via the e-mail anmeldung-kds@europa-uni.de.

The deadline for the submission of contributions is 31.01.2024. To submit are in separate files:
- the contribution of max. 32000 characters, formatted according to the editorial guidelines
- abstract (1200 characters) including title in three languages (English, German, Polish)
- a briefly formulated information about the author, including details about professional position, discipline and research areas, ORCID number and eventually contact information (max. 100 words)
- figures, illustrations and photographs in separate files in high resolution (in case of photographs, the author of the contribution must have the permission of the author of the photograph for publication)
